I don’t meet the above criteria. How else can I show proof of employment?

1. Your Assignment Details sheet and onboarding email you received before your first placement, which confirms the employment start date, job title and duties; and/or
2.Pay stubs and your T4 show the dates of employment and earnings, which can be helpful for verifying income or employment dates.

I need proof immediately. Can I get the letter before Friday?

Requests received by Thursdays at 5:00pm are processed on Fridays.

I need evidence of permanent employment. Can you include this in the letter?

The Employment Verification Letter confirms your current assignment details; however, it does not guarantee employment for a specific duration, as assignments are based on client business needs.

Can the letter show the NOC- or TEER code information for my position?

We do not provide National Occupational Classification (NOC) or Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities (TEER) codes.

Can the letter show the job duties for my position?

The Job Shoppe does not include job duties in employment verification letters. These letters are intended to confirm basic employment information, such as your employment status, start date, position, client assignment, and rate of pay. If you need to provide more detail about the work you performed, you can include your Assignment Details sheet or a personal statement outlining your responsibilities. These documents are often accepted alongside the employment verification letter for applications or verification purposes.
