<p><strong>The Job Shoppe</strong> is hiring an experienced <strong>Tool & Die Technician</strong> for our client, a new automotive parts supplier to Canada. The Tool & Die Technician supports manufacturing operations through the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tooling, dies, jigs, and fixtures. <strong>Wage: </strong>$24-$26 per hour depending on experience<br>

<strong>What You’ll Be Doing: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot progressive and transfer dies
<li>Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment
<li>Set up and adjust tooling for production requirements
<li>Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
<li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams
<li>Maintain accurate maintenance records
</ul>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul dir="ltr">
<li>Tool & Die certification or equivalent experience preferred
<li>Minimum 2 years of related experience
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
<li>Experience with stamping operations is considered an asset
<li>Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
<li>Top Tier proficiency in English or French to understand verbal and written instructions.
