<p dir="ltr">What You’ll Be Doing </p>
<p dir="ltr">As an Office Automation Administrator, you will support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of automated workflows used across recruitment and administrative functions.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Automation Setup and Maintenance</p>

<p dir="ltr">Support setup, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows for recruitment and communication</p>

<p dir="ltr">Assist in updating automation rules, triggers, and templates in ATS, CRM, and communication platforms</p>

<p dir="ltr">Troubleshoot basic automation issues and escalate as needed</p>

<p dir="ltr">Monitor dashboards to ensure workflows are running accurately and on schedule</p>

<p dir="ltr">Enter, update, and maintain accurate candidate and client records</p>

<p dir="ltr">Review automated communications and outputs for accuracy and formatting</p>

<p dir="ltr">Support data imports, exports, and reporting tasks</p>
