<p>This is a high-impact, sales-driven role where you will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions across home, auto, life, and commercial products.</p>

<strong>Wage:</strong> $45,000/year plus commission <br>
<strong>Start Date:</strong> As soon as possible<br>

<p><strong>Schedule & Work Environment</strong></p>

<li>Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
<li>Occasional evening or weekend client meetings as needed
<li>Fully in-office role (5 days/week)

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sales & Business Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
<li>Generate new business through:
<li>Outbound prospecting and follow-ups
<li>Networking and community engagement
<li>Referral generation strategies
<li>Convert inbound leads into long-term clients
<li>Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all product lines
</ul>
<p><strong>Client Relationship Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver a first-class client experience at every touchpoint
<li>Build long-term relationships through trust, responsiveness, and expertise
<li>Provide ongoing service, policy reviews, and proactive recommendations
<li>Ensure same-day or timely follow-ups wherever possible
</ul>
<p><strong>Advisory & Product Expertise</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Educate clients on insurance solutions in a clear, simple, jargon-free way
<li>Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
<li>Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate client records and activity in CRM systems
<li>Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and sales tracking consistently
<li>Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery
</ul>
<p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3+ years of insurance sales experience</strong>
<li><strong>Valid OTL or RIBO license</strong>
<li>Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
<li>Tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred / Assets</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>HLLQP license
<li>Experience selling life and living benefits
<li>Background in multi-line insurance (home, auto, commercial)
