<p>We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment activities and deliver a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring partners.</p>
<p>This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, supporting sourcing and screening efforts, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with candidates, supporting client needs, and driving efficient hiring outcomes.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and relationship-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Windsor, Ontario<br>
<strong>Wage:</strong> $55,000 - $60,500 (based on experience)<br>
<strong>Start Date:</strong> As soon as possible<br>
<strong>Position Type:</strong> Full-Time, Permanent</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities may include:</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Recruitment Coordination</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Execute recruitment activities to support hiring needs across multiple industries
<li>Source, screen, and conduct initial candidate evaluations
<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
<li>Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
</ul>
<h4><strong>Candidate & Client Coordination</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
<li>Facilitate pre-employment processes, including reference and background checks
<li>Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
</ul>
<h4><strong>Recruitment Operations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms
<li>Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
<li>Track recruitment activity, including pipeline progress and time-to-fill metrics
<li>Coordinate logistics for interviews, assessments, and recruitment-related activities
</ul>
<h4><strong>Employer Branding & Outreach</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Support recruitment-related events such as career fairs and networking initiatives
<li>Assist with employer branding efforts, including social media and community engagement
</ul>
<h4><strong>Compliance & Continuous Improvement</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure recruitment practices align with employment legislation and internal policies
<li>Stay current on recruitment trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
</ul>
<h3><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
<li>3+ years of experience in recruitment, coordination, or HR support
<li>Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
</ul>
<h3><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
<li>Experience with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools
<li>Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and system management
</ul>
