<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Events Planning Manager</strong> to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-profile events, partner activations, and internal initiatives. This role owns the full event lifecycle—from concept and budgeting through delivery and post-event evaluation—and works closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and community partners. This is an ideal role for someone highly organized, relationship-driven, and energized by bringing people together through purposeful events.<br />

<strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <p><strong>Event Strategy & Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning and execution of multiple events annually (corporate events, community events, employer forums, training sessions, and partner activations).</li> <li>Develop event plans including timelines, run-of-show, budgets, risk assessments, and post-event evaluations.</li> <li>Align events with organizational goals, brand standards, and audience outcomes.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>Project & Budget Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own event budgets, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and expense tracking.</li> <li>Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>Vendor & Partner Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, AV suppliers, sponsors, and other vendors.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and sponsors related to events.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics including registrations, guest lists, signage, materials, and on-site execution.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>Marketing & Promotion Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the marketing team on event promotion, registration campaigns, and communications.</li> <li>Support content development for event collateral (emails, social posts, programs, signage, presentations).</li> <li>Track attendance, engagement, and post-event feedback to inform future improvements.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>On-Site Leadership & Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead on-site event delivery, including set-up, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and tear-down.</li> <li>Ensure a high-quality, professional attendee experience at all events.</li> <li>Manage volunteers, contractors, or temporary staff as required.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Reporting & Continuous Improvement</strong> <ul> <li>Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports on outcomes, attendance, ROI, and lessons learned.</li> <li>Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and event strategy.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Position Requirements:</strong> <ul> <li>Required 3–5+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or program coordination.</li> <li>Proven experience managing events from concept to execution.</li> <li>Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Comfortable working evenings or weekends as required for events.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>Preferred / Assets</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with corporate, community, workforce development, or professional events.</li> <li>Familiarity with registration platforms (Eventbrite or similar).</li> <li>Experience working with sponsors, community partners, or public-facing events. Marketing or communications experience related to events.</li>
