<strong>Shifts: </strong>Steady Day shift <br>
<strong>Wage or Salary: </strong>$21/hour</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing/Assignment Duties: </strong></p>
The Payroll Clerk provides overall support to the payroll process/department, and to the co-ordinator of the payroll department. They are responsible for data management and input of information into the payroll system; in addition this position is responsible to maintain and secure the personnel files within the HR division.

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul dir="ltr">
<li>Minimum 2 year post secondary education in a related discipline
<li>Previous working experience in a Payroll environment
<li>Proficiency with current computer applications (Microsoft Office; Internet; email)
<li>Ability to learn data management systems (i.e. ESS, InfoHR, Cerdian Payroll System)
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
<li>Ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload
<li>Physical requirements: ability to lift 25 kilograms
<li>A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence, access to a reliable motor vehicle during working hours, as well as 1 million dollars in liability insurance
<li>Satisfactory police clearance
<li>TB test
<li>WECHU immunization policies must be adhered to
<li>Successful completion of a competency test
