The DisruptHR Windsor HR Disruptor Award recognizes an individual who is challenging traditional workplace practices and creating meaningful change in human resources, leadership, talent, culture, or the employee experience.

The recipient demonstrates the courage to question outdated approaches, introduce innovative solutions, and achieve measurable results that improve both organizational performance and the lives of employees.

Nomination Form

Eligibility:

Work in or have a meaningful professional connection to Windsor-Essex.
Be actively contributing to human resources, leadership, workforce development, organizational culture, talent management, or the future of work.
Have demonstrated meaningful impact within the past three years.
Be nominated by a colleague, employee, leader, client, community partner, or professional peer.
Not be a current member of the award judging committee.
