DisruptHR Windsor 3.0 Returns - Sold Out and Stronger Than Ever

The Job Shoppe proudly hosted DisruptHR Windsor 3.0, a sold-out event that united over 230 HR professionals, business leaders, and innovators for an evening of bold ideas and transformative conversations about the future of work. Held on October 8, 2025, at Caesars Windsor’s Augustus 27, the high-energy event featured ten lightning talks that challenged traditional approaches to people, culture, and leadership. DisruptHR is Windsor-Essex’s premier HR and business innovation event.

New this year, DisruptHR Windsor launched the DisruptHR Scholarship Fund, an initiative designed to invest in the next generation of HR leaders through financial support, mentorship, and community connection. Presented by The Job Shoppe, the event continues to champion collaboration, creativity, and progress—celebrating the spirit of innovation that drives workplaces across Windsor-Essex and beyond.
